Steel Toe 3.0 Brew Guide:

Heat the empty container with some boiling water before use
Weigh 65g medium- coarse ground coffee into the bottom
Before saturating the grounds, allow the boiling water to cool slightly
Gently pour the water over the grounds and allow to bloom for 1 minute
Fill the cafetiere the rest of way, stir with a long spoon to break up any clumps of coffee
Replace the lid and allow the coffee to brew for 3 minutes
Gently plunge all the way until you feel some light resistance

The Bru-Stop ™ technology halts the brewing process once fully plunged. The tempered stainless steel plate creates a physical,  sealed barrier between the water and the grounds.

Once plunged the Bru-Stop becomes a handy and durable travel flask that you can drink from all day long. Not only is it great for coffee, it can be used for loose leaf tea and even making cold brew.
