About: The heart and soul of this blend is a Peruvian variety of Arabica from the Junin region. The high growing altitude is the perfect growing condition for the beans to slowly develop a rich and deep flavour over time. The Brazilian beans in this blend are processed via a method known as ‘Pulped Natural’ (sometimes referred to as Semi-Washed.) This involved removing only part of the coffee cherry when drying, introducing sweet and complex flavour profiles that result in a less acidic taste. Try it as an Americano or Espresso to experience hints of vanilla and light citrus end notes.

Notes of: Blueberry, Frangipane, Honey
About: Peninsula is composed of high quality Arabica from two of the most beautiful coffee growing regions. The Ethiopian and Guatemalan beans are blended after roasting to ensure consistency and full, unique flavour. The blueberry acidity of Ethiopia blended with the rich cocoa tones of Guatemala develop into lingering frangipane notes with a sweet finish, These flavour make for a cup of coffee we could drink all day long.

Mexico Finca Monte Azul

Notes of: Hazelnut, Spice, Sugar Cane
This beautiful Mexican coffee grows in Jaltenango, Chiapis. The plantation is naturally shaded by a forest canopy, providing a stable and consistent micro climate, flourishing with local plant species and creating an ideal breeding ground for birds and small mammals. Mexico San Ramon is clean and crisp with a medium body. There’s sweet, creamy notes of nut and brown sugar- flavours that Mexican Arabicas are best known for. This Single Origin has been a long term favourite at Adams + Russell, it’s versatile, well balanced and consistent. IT combines perfectly with milk, or enjoy black to enjoy hints of sweet molasses.
